- Chaperoning Information
In order to chaperone or volunteer in RSU 10, individuals need to complete a process per school board mandate. If you wish to chaperone any field trips, Black Mountain Day, or classroom help, you must complete these steps:
1. Bring your license to our secretary or to the Superintendent's office.
2. Your license will be copied. A background check will be completed. 3. A clean background check allows you to volunteer and to chaperone events. |

Fresh fruits and Veggies Grant
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday we are able to share fresh fruits and veggies with our students. Apples, bananas, melons, broccoli, carrots, and celery are among the foods we are able to offer. Students are encouraged to try the foods. We encourage students to eat these fruits and veggies rather than sugary snacks they may bring in. During our late-start Wednesdays, we encourage students to eat a school provided breakfast, fruit from the day before, or crackers from our class basket first thing in the morning as, due to the shortened day, we do not stop to eat a snack that morning.
